Our gardens are our own private haven. Invasive plants, however, do not distinguish from formal garden or bushland type settings. They can take advantage of any available opportunity to take up residence.

This CAV guideline template is considered best industry practice for Property Development tree reports. It was collaboratively created by CAV (Council Arboriculture Victoria) and VTIO (Victorian Tree Industry Organisation). Currently there is no legal requirement to adhere to these guidelines for arborist reports. Although there are now a number of Victorian Councils that have adopted and modified the template for their local area, and require reports to be submitted adhering to their reporting requirements
