A non destructive root investigation (NDRI) locates the location and size of roots, exposing roots without any major impacts to them. All root investigation works are conducted by industry-leading contractors. We provide reports which will include photos, root data and expert analysis.

Our evidence-based recommendations and thorough approach help reduce the likelihood of Councils requesting additional information, making the submission process more efficient. While we can’t guarantee approval , our reports are prepared to align with the current Australian Standards for Trees on Development Sites (AS 4970) and address any relevant property overlays.
Each report includes all necessary technical details - such as tree health, structural stability, retention value, and useful life expectancy - to support your application with confidence.
